Tia Monte smart

Trochę daleko bo 12 godzin jazdy ale warto okolica przepiękna, obsługa fantastyczna, hotel jak hotel za tą cenę nie można mu za dużo zarzucić, alkohol dobry, kolację słabe, po za tematycznymi np BAR Tyrolski. Reasumując polecam.

Hotel "przyzwoity". Blisko przystanku skibusa. Pokoje duże, codziennie sprzątane, codzienna wymiana ręczników. Obsługa w restauracji bardzo sympatyczna. jedzenie dobre w dowolnych ilościach. Śniadania standard : pieczywo , sery, jajka, wędlina , dżemy, płatki etc..., Obiadokolacja : zupa , bar sałatkowy, danie główne do wyboru (2 rodzaje). Narciarnia z ogrzewanymi stojakami na buty. Sauna "kiepska" czynna była tylko sauna sucha. Parowa, podczerwień i inne... nieczynne. Zbyt mała w stosunku do ilości gości hotelowych Polecam jako baza wypadowa na narty w rejonie Kaunertal

We were staying at this hotel's sister hotel: Hotel Tia Appart; located about 500 m away. Overall the hotels are ran well however, we were told we could out in laundry during the week for the cost of €5. We could take it to Tia Monte in the morning and pick it up after skiing. I was first refused on a Thursday, being told it was only on Saturday and Sunday I could use this service, friends had already us d this service on a Tuesday. I returned on Sunday and again got refused and told it was Monday. I explained what had happened but the receptionist wasn't interested. It's the little things that make a difference and turning me away twice was a waste of a paying guest's time and poor management and communication of services. For this reason I am not rating very high. If this service had ran smoothly it would have made a better experience. Hopefully after submitting this review the hotel will promote some consistency in their services.
