HD Parque Cristobal

Brilliant stay! We were in a two bedroom emblem bungalow with hot tub. We had been upgraded so were very pleased. The hotel was lovely. All areas were clean and tidy and well decorated. Lovely pools and lots of facilities for children. We don’t use the kids club but it looked good. Our 2 year old enjoyed the kids disco! Loved the location - easy access to loads of restaurants and bus stops, as well as the free bus to the beach and another easy walk to maspalomas beach. Would definitely recommend to other young families. Something here for everyone.

It is a lovely place and handy for the town. There is a supermarket on site and i have a wheelchair. To get to the supermarket you need to tell them, so if you have difficulty using a turn style to get out to the supermarket you can get through a larger gate. HOWEVER for some stupid reason 3 times in the week the gate was Locked by a key. Why oh why i do not know. Some one needs to sort this problem out. The bungalows are really nice and we had a separate bedroom which was nice and we were away from the main pool area and the noise. The food was very nice, but not really hot but it was fresh. The soups were very watery, not all of them but most of them. There is a nice salad selection and always plenty of cheese. The desserts were fresh but mostly the same every night. This is the second time we have been here. Would we go again? yes we would but probably not for a bit. I did notice when they wipe down the tables and child chairs. They use the same cloth throughout the service. They rarely wipe the tablemats. There is no physical view of that cloth having been refreshed. It is just so off putting. Entertainment is Zilch not much at all. Emblem guests have a bit more in their Bungalows not much from what i can see. They get the food from the same area we get ours. They then take it into a separate area to eat it. The Emblem dining room is open Breakfast And Evening.

We travelled here in 20th February first time on the island and we definitely had the best time after being a little unsure about staying in bungalows rather than a hotel type room we was so pleasantly surprised the rooms and ground where spotlessly clean and staff amazing. We got a free upgrade to all inclusive which I don’t normally do because I like to venture for food, but it actually made our holiday the food was lovely and the vibe in the place was just buzzing we loved it so much we have booked to come back in may can not wait to get back there so see u in 8 weeks guys 😁

Our third vacation at HD Parque Cristobal, which should say something in itself! Once again a lovely clean and well equipped apartment, well-maintained and cared-for grounds and friendly staff offering a range of different on-site activities for children and grown-ups. The location is excellent for short walks to Playa Ingles, with an abundance of restaurants and views over the dunes.

Had a great holiday. Lovely, friendly staff, clean and comfy. Had a premium suite, having the separate living area as well as the private terrace with sunloungers and table/chairs was great. Not sure how noisy it would be if full. Food was great, just a shame dishes were often not hot. Would return.
