I have spend time so fun this place. And muzaffer Demirel in dinner floor very kind and very friendly. İ like you muzaffer.. foods is good ses is good..employer is good..but Muzaffer the best..our rooms so clear and confertable..menu is hoş every day..music and other activity so fun..come and come again every year..

The hotel was excellent quality, staff were so friendly and helpful. Our daughter is gluten free and Ali was so attentive and asked the chef to make special breakfast and pizza for our daughter. Although there was usually something she could eat. The food was delicious and so much choice, a buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner or bar meals, we also had a complimentary fish restaurant a la carte meal! The entertainment was a lot of fun and very varied, our kids loved the kids fest night and the masquerade party! Beautiful pools to swim in, including a lane pool, fab slides to keep the kids entertained and also great comfy loungers by the pool and sea. Also spa available for sauna and Turkish Hammam bath. Just everything you would want and more!! We've had the best week, so relaxing. Just what we needed!! We would definitely come again!

Services was so good, food was delicious,everywhere was so clean and they made very wonderful times for our honeymoon. We had a very good times in the beach, they brought us a breakfast for our honeymoon and we enjoyed that. And Sea foods was very qualified.

Selectum Family Resort is an excellent choice for a fantastic family holiday. Starting from pre-arrival, the reservation team did a great job in handling our booking. Upon arrival, Alina from FO did a fantastic job with the check-in. Gökhan Mert Bey, the duty manager, did a marvelous job in making all our wishes come true. He is a valuable and professional team member, always available and running all over the hotel to ensure guests are happy! During your vacation, you must try the Turkish restaurant. We enjoyed the food and services a lot, thanks to Mehmet Bey and his team. The Seafood restaurant also had a great food selection and service, thanks to Evgenia! The coffee cafe had a tasty variety of coffee, thanks to Esraa and Selen - they always serve with a smile!! The 24h restaurant had a great menu and friendly staff - Yunus the waiter and Refaat from HK! Don’t miss trying the best Shawarma from Chef Yuhia! The beach bar is full of energy thanks to the team - Eskander, Malahnat. Thanks to them! Our family had two kids of different ages (4 years and 15 years) and our parents joined us. I can say all of them enjoyed and found fun things to do :) The entertainment and activities at the hotel are just perfect. My little boy enjoyed the kids club activities and the mini Aqua park a lot, while my older child enjoyed table tennis, basketball, and volleyball. My father-in-law spent his free time fishing :) and mother-in-law was eagerly waiting to see the daily show and singer performances. However, I didn’t see much of the animation team. Usually, in other hotels, they interact more with hotel guests and always do fun things to bring smiles to our faces. In general, we had an excellent vacation, but there are a few dissatisfactions points which I would like to address to the management team. They didn’t ruin our overall experience, but we hope that you can improve them so we can see this resort performing even better: - The main restaurant service team is not friendly nor helpful. Some of them only serve one guest, and other guests have to help themselves in finding a place to sit and bringing their own drinks and cutlery. Also, the omelette station is always crowded, and the special food nights are not special. We were expecting more variety! - The majority of hotel staff do not speak English. Moreover, they expect and start speaking to me in Russian or Turkish, as the majority of hotel guests are Russian, so they assume all guests know Russian. - There is a lady in the Vitamin bar called Sezen. She was not friendly at all and seemed nervous and sad while serving our fresh juices. - There are not enough sunbeds at the beach. I had to run daily at 7 or 8 am to reserve a place, and no one offered assistance with that. - Housekeeping should do a better job in cleaning the rooms. We found some ants in the room, and they should do deep cleaning sometimes, especially mopping the wooden floors. Also, adding some refresh scent in the elevator or changing the carpet in the elevator and the corridor would be appreciated, as it’s too smelly and old. Adding a hand tissue in the bathroom and bedrooms, replacing the bathroom amenities with larger refilled shower gel bottles would be appreciated. Housekeeping can’t seem to remember our towel setup preference. We need three towels in one bathroom and two in the other one, and we always have to switch them ourselves. - The 24h restaurant has too few staff during dinner time. I think there were only two, while there were more than 15-20 busy tables. We had to wait until someone saw us and came to take our orders. - The guest relations team has to move around and ask the guests about their feedback to ensure satisfaction. We were always approached by them in other hotels. It shows care - Having at least one heated pool, preferably the indoor one, would be a great addition and would extend the summer period from March to November! As I mentioned above, the negative points didn’t affect us badly. We had a great vacation thanks to your team, whose names I mentioned. Special thanks again to Gokhan Mert Bey. We gave five stars because of that! Selectum Resort is a great choice for families to spend a fantastic summer vacation, and most probably we will visit you again!
