Najlepszy hotel w jakim byliśmy do tej pory. Spędziliśmy tu podróż poślubna. Przepyszne jedzenie, super obsługa, bardzo pomocna w każdej sprawie. Piękny hotel, bardzo czysty. Zwłaszcza polecamy restauracje Coral. Mamy nadzieje ze wrócimy :)

W tym hotelu spędziliśmy 2 tygodnie. Była to nasza podróż poślubna. Cudowny hotel i wspaniali ludzie. Już od wejścia do hotelu przywitała nas Tanya z obsługi z zimnym napojem i chłodnym ręcznikiem. Czekając na pokój mogliśmy z mężem skorzystać z prysznica i zmienić ubrania co po tak długiej podróży było dla nas zbawieniem. Hotel sam w sobie jest o wiele lepszy niż na zdjęciach. Tak na prawdę nigdy nie byliśmy w ładniejszym. Dużo zieleni, wszystko zadbane. Co do basenów to według nas najlepszy był koło restauracji Coral ze względu na to, że był tam najmniejszy wiatr. Obsługa 10/10. Wszyscy uśmiechnięci i bardzo pomocni. Dostaliśmy pokój z widokiem na lagunę. Specjalne podziękowania dla Pani, która sprzątała nasz pokój-Begym. Cudowna kobieta. Jedzenie świetne, zróżnicowane. Polecam zarezerwować sobie kolacje w innych restauracjach. Nasze serce podbiła restauracja Coral (ze względu na świetną kuchnie byliśmy tam aż 3 razy). Co do drinków też były super. Ale faktycznie nie ma rurek do napoi co może niektórym przeszkadzać. Polecam też zabrać buty do morza, ponieważ przy brzegu jest trochę kamieni. Podsumowując: wszystko na plus, gorąco polecam tym którzy się wąchają. Ja na pewno będę zachęcać rodzinę i znajomych do odwiedzenia tego hotelu. Dziękuję również hotelowi za cudowne ugoszczenie. Wasz hotel postawił bardzo wysoko poprzeczkę w naszych podróżniczych doświadczeniach.

W kwietniu wzięliśmy z mężem ślub w tym hotelu , cudowni ludzie , przepyszne jedzenie , obsługa na poziomie 100 %. Polecamy wziąć pokoj z jacuzzi , jest przestronny , a do tego ma duży balkon . Co do ceremonii , lepszej nie można było sobie wymarzyć, obsługa zaangażowana w 100%, nie ma rzeczy do których moglibyśmy się przyczepić . Pozdrawiamy serdecznie , na pewno kiedyś wrócimy .

This hotel and the whole experience involved during your stay here is exceptional! The food and drinks were lovely with many incredible options and restaurants to eat at and everyone was super friendly. A special mention is needed for Kheswar, the activities co-ordinator, who was so friendly and welcoming, getting everyone involved in some really fun activities and brought people together - we made some really great friends, including Kheswar, during these games. He really goes the extra mile to ensure your stay is a good one, his customer service skills were incredible and he showed a true interest in everyone he met. The chef, Kovilen, was also an incredible part of our stay. He greeted us with a smile every night we had dinner at the buffet whilst cooking the most amazing food. He was super friendly with everyone and people went away with a smile after talking to him. You can tell they are both really passionate about their jobs and getting to know people. We really enjoyed our stay and will 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Mauritius!

We booked a whirlpool room on the all inclusive plan. In the pictures on this website and lagoon attitude's you see a large square balcony with 270 degree views of the sea. However, we were given a room with a completely different balcony - see attached pictures. The hotel has 10 whirlpool rooms. Only 1 room actually has this spacious balcony. The other 9 rooms have a smaller rectangular shaped one. We were told the room was unavailable during our stay as they were updating the whirlpool - not because someone had booked the room - as the general manager responded on Booking.com. Also, in their response they talked about feedback gathered. We received a call to our room at an inconvenient time. I said "yes" to be polite. The very next day we spoke to the manager about this. I would like to know how they would have solved this issue. We would never have booked this hotel without this room pictured. Room is not kept to a good standard and cleaning is poor. The bedding is very old and the pillows smell of damp. When you have a shower the water floods out of the bottom as there is no seal. Beach towels, only one per day, they don't have enough towels for guests to change them. We found it very difficult to book any of the other restaurants. After speaking to several staff we were able to book dinner at Coral. The Asian restaurant Lemongrass was fully booked for one week. The mini bar - I have never stayed in a hotel that requires you to fill your own mini bar! I found it extremely inconvenient to have to do this every day. What has this got to do with being eco-friendly? Just get your staff to refill drinks and items that have been used. QR codes - This hotel has a menu phobia and requires you to scan the code to look at the menu for the bars and restaurants on your phone. Again, the hotel says this is being "eco-friendly". I don't think a few menus is going to destroy the planet. As a contradiction to this policy, a large wine menu is always available for wines you can buy (not included on the all-inclusive plan).
