Hotel Imperial

Omg guys, worst hotel ever. Prices in december was big, i was expected nice hotel with a lot of good things but i was really dissapointed. Food was prepared in microvawe, wasnt even tasteful. So i needed to go eat outside. Pool was very cold. They were hairs on beds the day we came in hotel… awful. Dont go there. PAY MORE , this destroy my vacation. Even stuff was little bit shamelles, they didnt want to communicate with booking to solve problems.

Do not recommend, trust the reviews on Booking. We booked for a double bed, but they said at the reception that they only have single beds. Balcony doors wouldn't close, we went three times to check up on the problem, there was always some excuse. On the third day came maintinance guy and said that he will fix it the next day, but he never came back. There was loud music every night until midnight, coming from the club, which was next to hotel. The music was so loud that you couldn't sleep. You can't set the temperature in the room, only the power of the fan, overall the AC worked good, you just had to turn it off and on when it was "too cold". One day was raining and the water started to drop from the celing in our bed and on the floor, the guy at the reception said "that happens in big hotels". The pool is nice, but you have to pay for everything, you couldn't bring your own food or drinks, not even water. We never complained on any vacation, but that was something else. We booked for 7 days, but went home on the fifth day, we had enough.

I do not recommend the hotel. loud disco noise into the night. A million people for breakfast big queue, lack of everything for me, very bad hotel. the photo does not correspond to reality. Big disappointment
